A Community of Practice is a group of individuals that share a craft or area of expertise. In particular, this community was established to promote dialogue and innovation in the practice, study and teaching of the world of food and drink.
Places to learn from, and share with, each other are always needed. This space is committed to open dialogue, sharing, and advancing the world of professional cooking and its training and education through best practices and innovation. Our vision includes bringing together teaching and learning ideas that span continents, generations, and cuisines.
Whether you are a working professional, student, educator, or just someone interested in food and 21st century learning, we welcome you to join our community. This canvas is purposefully blank to start. Over time, we hope it will grow from the contributions of you and anyone else who comes to visit and stay a while.
